HEAD OF FACILITY SERVICES
Basic cleaning is an intensive cleaning process in which adhering dirt and – if present – coatings are removed down to the surface, neutralized and recoated. Maintenance cleaning, on the other hand, is carried out regularly according to a fixed schedule of services and ensures the continuous cleanliness of the premises.
We clean floors, walls, ceilings, doors, sanitary facilities, kitchen areas and areas in production and storage facilities. The exact scope is defined together with you in advance.
This depends on how the rooms are used. In heavily frequented areas or production facilities, for example, we recommend basic cleaning at least once a year.
When a tidy appearance can no longer be achieved through maintenance cleaning.
Yes, we also offer flexible appointments outside of business hours.
The price depends on the area, floor type and soiling.
The hourly rate depends on the amount of staff required and the cleaning method.
We use high-quality cleaning products from TANA Professional, which are based on the Green Effective product design line. These ensure an environmentally friendly and sustainable product life cycle and thus actively contribute to the protection of the environment and resources.
