Project Visit to Krušovice Royal Brewery

First-hand insight into the project’s progress: Saubermacher Outsourcing visited the construction site at the Krušovice Brewery and observed the implementation on site.

Experiencing a project on site always leaves a very special impression.

That is why we visited our new project site at the Krušovice Brewery last week.

During the visit, we were able to follow the current progress in implementing our warehouse picking processes at close range. It is impressive to see how a successful project is taking shape step by step through our joint planning and how everyone involved is working on its implementation with great commitment.

Around 70 employees from our team are currently working on site, contributing every day to the successful delivery of the project.

Visits like this not only provide valuable insights into the project’s progress, but also strengthen our collaborative partnership and personal exchange—an essential success factor for sustainable projects.
